The Need & The Opportunity
The Christian is the Light of the World. Jesus said the Christian is the light of the world! It's our job to shine. The Christian is LIT, vitalized with the very life of God, empowered to shine, and commissioned to light up the world for Jesus, putting His excellencies on display. Rhapsody LIT aims to fan the flame in every Christian to shine brighter and bolder, confident in who they are in Christ, blessing and winning their world.

​THE NEED WITHIN. Recent studies reveal: while 66% of Americans claim to be Christian, only 9% read the Bible daily, and only 4% of families possess a Biblical worldview.* The problems and struggles of the world are not meant to plague the Christian's life. He's not supposed to look like the world. HE has a different origin, a different identity, the very authority of Jesus Christ.
Transformation begins with God's Word, with epignosis, to be exact. Epignosis is the precise, correct knowledge of the things of God, a knowledge which relates with that which is known, intimately. The more you know the Word, the more you know God. The more you know God, the more you know who you are. Rhapsody LIT aims to build the Christian's consciousness with this knowledge-- because when you know the truth, you'll walk in it. (John 8:12)
THE NEED WITHOUT. No matter how good life looks on the outside, without Christ, there is no life and the natural life one has can only end in perishing. But it doesn't have to. God is not willing that any should perish! The Church's supreme task is to rescue the perishing. LIT rallies are our God-breathed response to the lost. We're committed to preaching the full Gospel with boldness----because anyone's best life is in Jesus Christ alone. (1 John 5:11-12, 2 Peter 3:9)

Recognition and Response to the Call. The Body of Christ is beautiful—by God’s design. In every generation, men and women have recognized and responded to His call. God’s call is always for our good, for the strengthening of the Church, and for the advancement of the Gospel—because destinies are waiting. LIT exists to encourage believers in their purpose—calling them to recognize His voice, respond with boldness, and light up their world. (1Peter 2:9, Hebrews 10:24-25)​​
Jesus is Coming! Jesus is coming again. The signs are all around us. But before His second coming, there will be the rapture—not a rescue, but a reward for those living in expectation of His return and the Great Tribulation. Jesus gave His Church authority in heaven and on earth. If you are in Christ, now is the time to walk in that authority, to be conscious of His plan, and to play your part in it. This is your moment. You are not just in the light—you are the light of the world (Matthew 5:14-16).

What is Rhapsody LIT?
Jesus said, “You are the light of the world.” As one who is born again, the Christian IS LIT, commissioned by God to live LIT, lighting up his world for Jesus.
Rhapsody LIT rally aims to inspire the local body of Christ to grow, glow, and go – brighter and brighter, with the knowledge of and walking in God's Word.
GROW : "The entrance of Thy Word gives light." (Psalm 119:130)
Powerful ministration of the Word building revelation of origin, identity and authority in Christ.
GLOW: "You are the light of the world...So shine!" (Matthew 5:14,16)
Participants will be encouraged with practical ways to light up their world.
GO: "Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel." (Matthew 28:18)
Concluding with a time of corporate prayer and blessing, participants will have opportunity to receive a copy of Rhapsody of Realities daily Bible devotional - a tool for personal growth, discipleship and evangelism.​​
What is Rhapsody of Realitites?
Authored by Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome, the God-inspired title and content were created to communicate to the reader the incredible truths of God's Word pertaining to the new man in Christ Jesus---the born again man---the Christian.
Rhapsody is defined by Merriam-Webster as "extravagant discourse." Truly, "Rhapsody of Realities" is an extravagant discourse on the incredible realities of the new man in Christ. Christianity is not a religion. Christianity wasn't man's idea. It was God's. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, "Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
Every man's BEST life is IN CHRIST! To have and enjoy good life was not man's idea, but God's. And He has done everything necessary for anyone who believes to have and enjoy good life, their BEST life ever.
Every rally is unique, tailored to the local church and community, but the heartbeat is the same. Our goal is to hold Rhapsody LIT in every state of America. We'd love to partner together with you!
