2. About Our Ministry

LoveWorld Publishing Foundation (“we,” “our,” or “us”), doing business as Rhapsody of Realities, is a nonprofit organization committed to distributing faith-based devotional materials and advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world through quality Christian literature and Gospel crusades.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with our mission. You may not:

• Use the website in violation of any applicable laws

• Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security

• Upload or transmit harmful or unlawful material

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.

4. Orders for Devotional Materials

4.1 Order Commitment

Submission of an order form (including online forms) constitutes a binding request for fulfillment of requested order.

4.2 Pricing and Invoicing

• Orders are fulfilled at the recommended retail price (RRP) per copy unless otherwise specified

• Orders are invoiced upon fulfillment or shipment

• Discounts may apply for recurring monthly orders or approved ministry programs

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at time of online order or upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Failure to pay may result in suspension of future orders

4.4 Shipping

• Shipping costs may be charged separately or included as stated

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

5. Donations

5.1 Nature of Donations

All donations made through this website:

• Are voluntary and non-refundable (except where required by law)

• Support the charitable and ministry activities of LoveWorld Publishing Foundation

5.2 Distinction Between Donations and Orders

• Donations are not payments for goods or services

• Orders for devotional materials are separate transactions and may be invoiced accordingly

6. Recurring Orders and Contributions

6.1 Recurring Orders

By enrolling in recurring orders:

• You agree to ongoing monthly fulfillment and invoicing

• You may modify or cancel with reasonable notice (typically at least one billing cycle)

6.2 Recurring Donations

By enrolling in recurring giving:

• You authorize automatic charges or ongoing orders of preset quantities for each month.

• You may change quantities at any time. However:

  • ALL changes resulting in decrease must be received by the 5th of the month in order to apply to the next consecutive month. (Example Change submitted by May 5th would be guaranteed for June. Change received after May 5 would be applied beginning July).

  • ANY changes resulting in increase must be received by the 5th of the month to guarantee change. Change resulting in increase after the 5th may be fulfilled that month. To avoid disappointment please submit quantity increases by the 5th of the month. (Example: Increased change submitted May 5 would be effective for June. Increased change submitted after May 5 may be fulfilled in June but is not guaranteed. Change is guaranteed to take effect for July).

• You may cancel at any time by writing to orders@rhapsodyofrealitiesusa.com. Please note, as with quantity changes, cancellation must be received by, or on, the 5th of the month in order to go into effect the next consecutive month. If cancellation is received after the 5th of the month, it will be applied to the following month. (For example, cancellation received by or on May 5, will result in immediate cessation to orders - no order in June. Cancellation received after May 5 would result in cessation to order beginning July. You would be responsible for the June order according to the recurring order in place at the time of notification). Cancellations must be submitted by email: orders@rhapsodyofrealitiesusa.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including devotionals, text, graphics, logos, and media—is owned by or licensed to LoveWorld Publishing Foundation.

You may:

• Use materials for personal, ministry, and non-commercial distribution where permitted

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or commercially distribute materials without written permission

8. Ministry Use Disclaimer

Rhapsody of Realities materials are intended for spiritual growth and evangelism purposes. They are not a substitute for professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.

9. User Submissions

If you submit testimonials, comments, or other content:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute such content

• You confirm you have the rights to submit it

• We may remove content at our discretion

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by these providers.
